In her career of 25+ years, Katherine has had the honor of being an intricate part of the Arkansas media industry in leadership roles with Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Arkansas Times, and Talk Business and Politics.
She has had the opportunity to develop the best branding and customer relation practices for several industries of private and public companies, government leaders, municipalities, and civic partners.
Katherine enjoys connecting and creating opportunities with a strong will to see Arkansas companies and communities prosper. Her knowledge base and extensive relationships allow her to be considered a specialist in brand building. She has designed and implemented multi-media platforms, developed and managed marketing and communication campaigns, designed communications for companies and customers, and managed public relations and community affairs.
In 2020, she launched KD Consulting Company and started an independent agency specializing in brand and business development. She has contracted as both consultant and specialist with state agencies such as Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center, University of Arkansas, Arkansas State University, and Arkansas Department of Higher Education. Clientele also includes SMBs, government, products, political, and personal brands.

She is a Google certified in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, a SCORE volunteer, an Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center Contractor, Speaker, and volunteers services and time for local nonprofits that provide civic services to improve local communities.
Born and raised in Arkansas, she hails from Little Rock but now resides in Benton. Wife to Wess Daniels, artist and graphic designer, a mom of two humans, and circus master of three fur babies. She is a lover of all The Natural State offers and loves to share and connect with others who do too.
Katherine is a UA Little Rock alumna and enjoys everything about The Natural State, including kayaking, hiking, biking, and advocating all things Arkansas.
